Bad product. The gel is like a rock inside the pouch, you can see the video attached. Also Im struggling to retrun this product. So for a product that costs about Rs.250, you will spend more time and value trying to return etc.
Love it! I have migraines and I keep this in the freezer at all times so it's nice and cold when I need it. Its soft and comfortable gel. Gets really cold. Helps my migraines.
Size is weirdly loose. Doesn't block all the lights. Quality is okayish, very comfortable to touch and feel, Doesn't seems to work for headache and migraine but keeps me out of phone so that's that. Feels good to wear other than that it has no purpose and usage
